Dimesions needed for a Syncro

I am trying to find the proper "mystery" syncro for a Triumph gear box I am working on. The gearbox is basically the MK4 spit box but the 4th speed syncro ring is different. It looks identical, but is a slightly larger diameter. It is a Stanparts bit and I doubt they made a special one just to confuse future owners! I wonder if there is any chance it may match the TR6 syncros? Would anyone happen to have one that they could conveniently measure? (Outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness?) gear bits are kind of expensive to just start ordering in a random manner!
Thanks
Yisrael
