What exactly are you calling a differential repair kit? And what are you repairing?
 
Pretty sure the Roadster Factory carries
the new box and stud also.

Now that I know what you mean by a repair kit (I thought you were talking about opening the case! Ouch.), pretty much all the vendors have put together kits that can effectively stiffen the mounts. They are just steel plates, etc. Are you working on a stripped frame? Obviously the by far easiest way. Otherwise, with body on frame, this becomes a real challenge. Far easier to remove the diff. If not, doable but you will be welding upside-down and backwards. Some shops have opened the rear shelf to access the diff mounts and re-welded them closed. Good luck.
 
Bill, Not all that difficult on a lift
to remove the diff and support the trailing
arms on a tranny jack while rebuilding
the mount box.

Actually a good opportunity to install new
diff mounts, coil springs and TA bushings.

I wish I had done all in one shot.

There is also a template (word document) available from TRF and many of us here on BCF (myself included). I took this template along with my frame to a welding shop and they fabricated all the necessary parts; rear diff boxing and pin support, rear cross member angle stiffeners and front suspension mount reinforcing. Very satisfied but it was easy for me since the car was completely apart.
