There are 28 parts in the pedel box plus the master cylinder.

Boy, and folks wonder why this takes so long. There are also four adjustments.

Jack:

That seems about right, but four adjustments? I can think of two.

To complete this project, how many brewskis does it take. (before, thinking of it, during, and upon completion.)

It's funny--I once posited that the reason Bugeyes were so easy to work on was that they had so few parts. Maybe it's really that it has a lot of very small parts. That pedal box is not very big.

In the face of all the modern push to bigger = better, I'm so pleased at the bittyness of our little cars... but here's to hoping I don't have to take my pedal box apart anytime soon! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You can adjust the rods from the pedel to the master cly (2) and you can adjust the swing length of the pedel, (2) small bolt with two nuts on it.
