Doesn't look familiar to me, I think it came from somewhere else.
 
Looks kinda like one of those little tools to remove radio units.
 
I agree with Randall, it is not from either the wiper motor internals or the gear box section. This last weekend I helped clean up a Lucas wiper motor and drive and didn't see anything like that.
 
Oh No! that's the reciprocating dangle arm that operates the bi-lateral canuter valve. if you don't get it situated back in the phase conductor housing, your wipers won't be able to automatically parallel park.
 
looks like a blanking plate for a computer to me.
 
My wiper motor is a DR3A type (yours is DR2) and I went through all my disassembly photos and see nothing like the part you show.
