Well, I assumed that what was in there (though maybe an earlier generation one). I'm sure it was simply moved and they haven't had the time/resources to remove this box. Still, it's amusing. [Medical staff have been walking by it for a long time so I don't think there is a problem.]
It occurs to me that I could enhance it's humorous potential, but adding a roll of duck-tape. :encouragement:
 
Reminds me of the art museum in Balboa Park, San Diego. So many of the visitors would go from painting to painting and look at the little card to the lower left of the painting to see what it was prior to looking at the painting, that the staff made up one of those little cards saying "Fire Extinguisher".
 
Maybe they need to install a sign that says-
"In case of emergency,dial 911"
