I have new decals that go on the TR4 switch plinths. How are they applied. Are these the type that are soaked in warm water for 15-30 seconds until they slide off the paper backing?

And just like the ones you used to do on your little Aurora/Revell/Monogram TRs... a drop of dishwashing soap in the water will help both the decal and the surface of the nacelle stay wet until the decal is in position.

Exactly. Years ago a friend walked into the garage and saw me touching up the TR3 with a tiny paint brush. He said "That's not a car, it's just a Revell kit in 1:1 scale".

That thought struck me as just the point of view to take when detailing the TR.
