Dealing with car show envy...

My GT needs paint and is "in the restoring phase". I get people stopping me at gas stations and stores telling me about a local car show and asking if the car is going to be in it. The other day I opened the sun roof and had a half dozen people looking over the car. I tried to apologize for the condition but most people just said that's ok it was still a cool car. One even asked how much I wanted. No sale. We have a local car show with over 300 cars in it and the city closes several streets so the cars can park adn people can walk around them. Nice show if anyone gets here (darn I should have had the date).
