dead guages

I'm doing some work on the car this weekend. Last time that I saw the guages working was yesterday. Since then I've replaced the plugs, disconnected the speedo cable, fiddled with the horn and tried to hook up my reverse lights.

Now my fuel guage, turn signals and tach don't work. They're totally dead and I'm totally confused. The only working guage right now is my temp/oil pressure. I disconnected the reverse lights (only electrical thing I touched) to no avail.

What is the connection between these guages (and the turn signals?)....very confused.

Ben, the green wire from the #4 terminal on the fuse block feeds the tach, turn signal flasher, and the voltage stabilizer for the fuel gauge. Start by making sure you have 12V at that terminal. It has 4 green wires going to it. Then just keep checking power down the line. That wire goes to a 3 way connector. One leg runs to the voltage stabilizer, and one feeds the tach. From the tach, it goes to the flasher unit. I'd guess your problem is at the fuse block, as all three items affected have that point in common.

So close....it was the whole fuse :p. I guess I should have checked out the wiring diagram a little closer at first.

Thanks for teh quick help.
