MGB-GT De-smog'in the 71 B GT help?

So, the plugs are 1/4 BSP? What does that mean in American, 1/4 fine thread?

Bruce, if the plugs are 7/16x20, that makes them the same as AN-4, or as mentioned, a pointed 7/16x20 set screw.

I not sure what the thread (I think it is a fine thread)for the plugs for the head are but I know I used bolts that I was able to find in Home Depot. Take the pipe fittings and manifold to the store. Keep trying until you find nut that works then find the matching bolt. I sure wouldn't want to force something that didn't fit.
