I'm planning on feeding a engine putting out 80 to 85 hp with a single 40DCOE. I know there are some Weber experts on here so can some one give me an idea on what I should be looking for? Haven't torn it down yet but I do know the gaskets are dry so that is imminent.

Well, Doug's [twasbrilling] recent posts give me a pretty good idea on setting up the DCOE but I will be dealing with a little more power potential.

I know a 45 DCOE would be more appropriate but the whole set up was bought for not much money on E-bay and it is for a A series Datsun engine installation. Got lucky to get it since the stock Datsun manifold isn't really usable for this swap.
