DC Could get another 20 inches!

Route 40 .Hate 270.In fact when I go to my sisters house in Poolesville I take that first exit south of Fredrick. Can't remember it's name

John, Did you get your meds? I'm in New Market, and we have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I'd be happy to bring them out to you. PM me if you still need help.

Urbanna

Nope, about six miles apart. You could use the same exit off of 270, go through Urbanna, and on to New Market.

A great friend of mine lives in that growing burb,Urbanna

It's almost doubled in size the last ten years. (If you count the commuter parking lot)

Do they even ~have~ snow plows in Nawleans?!?!

I just lost two degrees' core temp thinkin' on it.

How about this:

Snow in all 50 states

Deep South braces for rare, deep snow

"Snowzilla" is over wit down here. Gov declared a state of emergency, called out the guard them little Jap'nez fellas wit tha jeeps and tanks. I was up all night lukin', but no snowzilla. LOTTA rain. If'fun it was snow, that snowzilla woulda sure been big. Snowzilla show'ed up fer breakfast. Got about a good three hours wert. Nun stuk gud, 2 wet. No snowball fight, no snowzilla angels, no guy in'na snowzilla outfit smashin' models tanks and cardboard buil'dins.

Ima'bit dissapoint'ed, as eye herd them snowzillas taste like chikin.

Gotta gud 3 inchiz in Jackson, but eye aint in Jackson an that's an awful long way t' drag home sumptin tha taste like chikin.

Put up th' clamores Doc, snowzilla aint commin' yer way.

AFAIK, aint ever had snow here in Feb.

Thanks for your kind offer and everyone's positive thoughts.

My friend came over and finished digging out my truck. I was able to get the meds, as well as groceries, myself.

Now I just have to carry them into the house. Not looking forward to that!

Thanks again.

Hey - we're not letting you carry all those chicken pot pies and diet cokes in all by yourself!

Help is on the way!

The B-25s and 307? Yes and I replied with some very entertaining stories, as usual!

Gotta go; the woodstove is thawing my pot pies.

 You're welcome.
