I'd forgotten how small they were. This one looked positive HUGE in a typically large Costco parking space.

Looks to be a '68, as the '69, like the one I had way back when, had side marker lights. It's also missing the nameplate on the back. Great little cars!

Unless the picture angle is off, the windshield is too tall for a '67. And the seats have headrests (though they may be aftermarket - hard to tell).
 
I'm thinking ... 1968, when the "high windshield" first appeared.

And I'd bet those are replacements seats, and an add-on roll bar.
 
Thinking the side markers were "item delete" on a restoration job. '68~'69 would be my WAG.
