Mine got chewed up when the PO installed a radio.
I have a spare in good condition that needs recovering.
What's the best bet here?

The TRF kit for $214
The Moss one for $199
The VB one for $169

Anyone have any experience with any of them?

I used the one from TRF. It fit very well and seems very well made.
I stripped every thing off the old support and then taped the new cover in place and let it sit for several days to form it to the support.
I used 3M 77 spray adhesive and it went right on and glued up nicely. One thing I did do when I went to install it in the car, was to make some short spacers out of tubing to keep the flat washers from crushing the vinyl and foam on the lower feet. This way you have to use a bit longer fastner, but keeps the washer from tearing the vinyl which I think is what starts these down the road to having that lower foot vinyl all bunged up after they have been in and out and a few years on them.

Roman,

Currently on back order. But they normally do have good stuff.

If you're not too hung up on originality, somebody
here shot theirs with a black splatter paint finish
and I thought it looked quite nice.

I sprayed mine with crinkle finish black gloss:
