Dash pad question

Does anybody make a new padded dash? I see the partial covers and have heard they are pretty good. I'm just wondering what options I have for dash repair/ replacement.

We have new dash covers for 1968 and later cars. They replace all the vinyl and padding on your existing dash, and you will re-use your metal "skeleton". These are pretty low tech on the install, but very time consuming. You need to line up the gauge openings pretty accurately and cut them out after the glue is set. the 453-815 is for Manual choke, 453-816 for auto choke.

I have done that conversion- not the easiest job but possible with a little effort and looks really good!

I've got a complete padded dash out of a '70 Midget. Condition is excellent. I'm willing to sell it off cheap, with or without the gauges. Let me know if that could work...

Call it $100 delivered, gauges and all. I'm guessing the shipping will eat up half that or close to it. It's in great shape. The pics were taken by a friend with an iphone so they aren't the best. I can get better ones in a few days if you need them.
