Dash lights fused?

My dash lights decided not to light when I drove home in the evening. The switch for the parking lights and headlights energized them; however not the dash lights. Is it time for a new switch, are the dash lights fused, of has the Prince of Darkness struck yet again?

Thanks,

Bob

Hi Bob,,
From the factory, no, they weren't fused. Forty some old years later, a fuse or two may have been added to the car.

I agree with John. Unless there is some non-factory wiring changes, the first thing to check would be the small slide switch on the bottom edge of the dash.
