Darting about

Says the video is no longer available....

I get th' "no longer available" notice as well.

worked for me - shame they dropped a Chrysler engine in it - :jester: :jester: :jester: "it's got a hemi"

Thanks, Basil. Nice engine sound. Too bad he didn't do some heel-and-toe downshifts, though.

Here's a very nice Dart that was red-flagged for dripping oil onto the course. The blue smoke is not from oil burning in the cylinders, but from oil dripping from the valve cover gasket onto the header.

Cool...I took the liberty of cropping your photo and re-sizing to be 600 pixels wide. Yours was 1600 pixels wide and I could only see the tail fins unless I scrolled the picture to the right. Its a good idea when uploading pictures to limit the size to no more than 640 wide. Just FYI.

I'm not sure what;s going on there. The video is still there on Youtube and I used the correct URL...go figure.

Thanks, Basil. I think I know why that happened now.

worked just fine for me. I watched it on my new-old Inspiron 7000 lappy. RAM is marginal, so video is choppy, but the sound was great!!!!!!
I so bad wanna hear my TR2 go scrolling up through the gears......

Dart:

Yes, Tom Delaney's car. You've seen it. Brits Invade Gettysburg, Brits by the Bay, etc.

This'd be a LONG shot, but this Tom Delaney guy... how old is he? I knew a fella of the same name long ago and far away. Car nut, too. Dart would be no surprise.

Tom is somewhere north of 70, Doc. And a Car Guy. When I first met him he had a TR3, Big Healey, and Dart. Now he has a Mini, '30s Ford, and Dart.
