I got caught by the PDO. He drilled out the hinges where they attached to the door and got the threads as well. Cuss cuss.
Now I have to tap and get new screws tomorrow.
Why in the world would someone do something dumb like that when it is so easy to take em off without destroying anything.
Drill off the heads of the screws. Drill a releef hole in the exit part of the door for the hinge so the bottom of the screw can come out and remove the screw with vice grips. Fast easy and you can not even see the releaf cut when the door is mounted as it is between the hinge and the outer door in the door.
Maybe I been doing this too long. Don't hurt little parts. There is always a way.
