Yes, Doc, I agree that the extreme activities of one's youth do tend to make getting out of the bed of a morning, somewhat of a challenge. MotoX and enduro's, among other things, were a lot of fun, but have taken a toll on back and knees.

Wouldn't change it though. Just continue to grunt and groan.
