Daimler V8/250 or Jaguar MkI/MkII wanted.

I'm asking for help from all our BCF members, as we all have more knowledge of sources than just me.

Does anyone know a Daimler V8/250 or Jaguar MkI/II for sale?

I'm looking locally, on various club sites, and on traditional sites such as BCF Classifieds, Craigslist (SearchTempest), AutoTrader, etc.

If you know of a car, please PM me.

Thank you!
Tom

Thanks Rick. The long-time owner replaced the original 2.6l six engine with a Chevy 8, 350hp.

Wouldn't that generally be a red flag? Problems working on the (very cramped) engine, etc.?

Thanks.

Depends on how well the conversion was done. I'm not familiar with conversions on Jags, but with a Chevy V8, all you're going to have to worry about is spark plug access. As long as your not concerned with having an original car, might be a nice driver for you with that auto trans. Certainly looks nice enough.

You will find a great global data base for the Jag MKs and the Daimler V8/250 at www.saloondata.com. You may search by VIN or browse by equipment, color, year, or geographic location.

About one percent of the entire production has survived so you find this site essential.
