I have reluctantly placed my 1950 Daimler Special Sport for Auction on EBay.
I really don't want to sell it, but the reality is, I need to focus on getting my Jag back together and thus the chances are I may never get around to doing a proper restoration on this car as it deserves. I have what I feel is a reasonable reserve set. I'm not giving it away, but I think my reserve is more than reasonable based on similar cars I've seen sell over the years. And no, I'm not going to disclose the reserve (Sorry). If it doesn't meet the reserve then I will decide at that time whether to lower reserve and try again or just not sell it at this time.
