I'm in the UK ( currently in London ), and a proud owner of a late series 3 Double Six,

Welcome aboard Pete! We have several Daimler folks here. I myself owned a 1950 Daimler Special Sport (only 500 ever made), but sold it a couple of years ago. Post some pics of your Daimler!
 
I bought it for two reasons;
a) It looks gorgeous
b) The Jaguar 6.0L V12 engine

It's a ( 1996 ) 1 owner, Japanese re-import, with 45,000 on the clock (documented)

And yes, a few pics are probably in order!
