Well, I've went and done it now....
I have a great son who wanted a two seater sporty type car.... Friday I saw an old Z-car at a cash and Credit car lot.... Stopped to look, was way too bad... Salesman asked and I said no thanks... Then he said he had the TR6 they had taken on trade if I was looking for a project....
Well, it drove and rust is low for 40+ y.o. British car.....
so I drive home get the kid and Mom... We take it for a couple test drives.... Needs some suspension work.... Wobbles on decel... New top needed.... But mostly runs well, rich but no smoke...
Saturday we begin to asses the issues, the slight lean is discovered a slightly bent frame!!!
not worn bushings on that side....
Oh oh well, I am off to see what it'll cost for straightening as I think we got a pretty good deal...

So now I remember why I stopped buying and fiddling with Classic cars,!!!
Any advice???
thanks
