I'm hoping to avoid the too long or too short problem by using the doors as a gage. I think if the front, rear and floor pans are loose, and bring the 2 ends together and latch the doors, it should be close.

Wish me luck. Got new blades for the sawzall and will be in two pieces Thursday morning.
