I helped a friend cob a Rover V-8 into a Frogeye back inna day. Thing was a handful with that... can't believe the one Paul posted would even be driveable. GOR. It'd likely just spin like a top when the clutch was released. w00f.

Doc, He probably had to put wheelie bars on it just to get it out of the garage! Probably wouldn't get through the door standing on end! Of course that's if he backed it in.

Oh God, please help me. I love it.

I would rather have a basket case cord auburn 851 speedster than that MG any day of the week and work on it in a barn like i used to.

drive topless or not at all KC368

I think it is a sharp car! He has just tried to bring it into the 21st century, fairly successfully at that. I am not keen on the wheels and tires but that is all easy to change. If I spend that much money I'm fixing it up for me and wouldn't care about other's thoughts anyway. "To each his own" Some of you guys are just too puristy!! It is still a B! :driving:

But that B's a Spridgit!

If I were going to spend 30-40K on an MG, it would never be an RB. It would probably be the best TF I could get at that price, or a C.
But as has been said, to each his own. If the alternative to this admittedly off the charts version is a trailer queen, I'll take the driver every day.
