Curb weight

Hi,

Quick question! Does anyone know the curb weight of a 1980 TR7 drophead? I am looking at the possibility of towing one with a small pickup and need to see if its possible. All I can find is the curb weight of the coupe.

Convertible will be very similar Keith, if it is OK for the coupe it will be OK for the convertible.

The convertibles are heavier, but not by enough to make a difference on a tow rating.

About 2400 pounds give or take. I wouldn't flat tow it very far without disconnecting the driveshaft. You can damage the transmission.
