Cup holders for a bugeye?

Whoot TOC. Never would have thought of that. Pass.

Repurpose!!

Funny you should mention questions on what else my wife would ask for next, Dr Entropy. I have already had to take care of where to plug in the cell phone (added a cigarette lighter) where does the garage opener go (bought a mini opener to fit on her key chain) and various other problems. Happy wife, happy life (and all the tools and parts I need to keep my British cars rolling.)Well, I decided to just show my wife all of the ideas posted, and she is going for the center console that Moss and VB sells. Thanks for all your help everyone.
Kevin

Oh, and pic will follow soon I hope.

Here is what I did

This cupholder was bought at the local chain auto store for 8 bucks or so, I drilled a couple holes in the middle of those hair things women use that have some little ridges to hold it on your wifes head or your tunnel, fits my TR, don't know if it would be a little big on a Spridget. Stable and completely removable.

BTW, the inspiration for this contraption was the wife going for a ride and saying "where's the cuphoder"

I just wanted to say thanks again for your help with the cup holder. I ended up getting it from VB. Here is a pic.

Interesting way to hide your unused seatbelts.......

Now the charger thing is an absolute!...and cigar lighter were an option at least on sprite two's (wiring option on diagram).. Maybe up under the dash to be discrete..

I have a cylindrical pen holder on the floor, wedged between the cross beam and seat next to the trans tunnel, as a cup holder.
Works perfectly, is unobtrusive and 'non-invasive'.
