Crypt Car EnduroRun proposed.

Dale: Now I have to believe that you have many friends, colleagues and acquaintances throughout PR. Correct?
What you need to do is establish safety harbors, sort of like repair stations. In advance you will stock each of these locations with a duplication of everything in your boot. Then go out and get a GPS and program all of these locations. Now if you have a breakdown you'll never be far from a safe harbor. If the entire enduro is maybe 200 miles, I think you will need at least 20 people, which gives you a mmbf of 10 miles. Do you think that is close enough? :jester:

Only if you padlock the hood before the drive begins.....

I heard somewhere Moss is opening a store in Puerto Rico because of sales surges there......

<span style="color: #000099">I bought the GPS, Frank. A nice Garmin
unit, a bit smaller than the Garmin on my boat. The last
time the Crypt Car broke down, the AAA lady asked for
my GPS location. Now I will be able to know exactly
where I am sitting on the side of the roadway, broke down.

It's been posed that an enduro run for my blodged together
TR6 is probably more realistic to get us to the Biker bar
and home, without a breakdown. Leave the mountain vistas,
twisty roads and desert roads for my Jeep. Makes much sense
given my TR6's breakdown history.

My confidence in the safety of my DIY, seat-of-the-pants
repairs is not real high. That also has been posed to me.
