TR2/3/3A Crosland Oil Filter Pn for TR3

A friend gave me a couple of Crosland brand oil filters she says her husband bought for his tr3. They are pn 414. All the cross references I can find show pn 424 is the correct filter for the TR3. Any thoughts out there?

Looks like Crosland 414 and 424 are very similar. I found a listing that shows them both cross-referenced to the same filter by another manufacturer
