Well, i'm not the greatest follower of cricket at the best of times but what's going on with the "old boys" at Lords, so lets reverse the situation & the pommy keeper did the same stumping? i'm willing to bet the English team would be running all over the ground laughing as well as the crowd, so i guess it could be viewed in the the same light as the famous "under arm bowl " Aus V NZ (both legal)....................If i was a frustrated old pommy bugga in the members stand, i'd be wanting to give those colonials a "jolly good rogering" from behind.......BUT I'm an Aussie with 2 wins in the bag.........

Let me be the first to say that I have quite literally no idea what anything you just wrote means. Hopefully someone else will but in the meantime here is a picture about hockey. :ROFLMAO:

Edit - I just googled it, still doesn't really make sense but I get the point!

John, cricket doesn't make much sense to me at the best of times, too slow...Australia is playing what we call a test match, bit like baseball world series, Australia won the last game & one of the plays was done by an obscure rule, you can throw the ball at the stumps if the batter walks out of his area before the umpire calls "over" the same as you could tag a batter in baseball if they step out of the box with one foot while batting

I’m holding out for the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

What I really want to do is go to a game then enjoy a fantastic meal at Mr. Wongs.

Set a day & i'll join ya, always up for a good yum cha........world cup in Sydney (my town)& NZ
