Congratulations, I've been following your threads intently. I'm (hopefully) a couple of weeks behind you.

2wrench, that's a nice tile floor you're rebuilding your motor on! I hope that isn't your wife's kitchen!

John, surprised you noticed. I always talk about what
a great wife I have. Wide, rather open tiled entry to
the house.

Came in the house when we decided to have dinner one night
(quick convenient store) and has been in ever since,
(paint drying).

Wife didn't balk when I plastigaged, verified and installed
the crank.

Ya think I'm taking advantage?

Dennis,

You need to remember what a wonderful Wife you have when
this is all over.Take her for a long drive in the TR!
I always feel like I should send flowers to the Wives
of British car people that I talk to (too long)on the phone.
I'm also blessed - if I make it to May 27th,it'll be
30 YEARS!Does she have a sense of humor,or what?
On our 25th,I snuck in a British Car show - & I'm still
married.

Well, actually, I must confess, that is an old desk
we have sitting there as well, waiting to go to
the salvage or Goodwill.

I do still say: The best I could hope for any man,
is that he has a wife like mine.

Corny, I know, but she is great!

That looks like MY house.

The hovel is basically one great-giant parts bin. Herself is quite tolerant. We just passed the Official 25 year mark. :smirk:

Whoa there Dennis!!

That looks like teak wood in your photo. If it is solid
teak, you best pack it up and ship it to me here on the
island. I'll design and cut something interesting for my
tarpon boat.

d
