My brother in law is restoring my wife's Mini wagon and is looking for an 850 crank and a set of pistons and rings. Anybody have? Would prefer to be in the Minneapolis MN area so he could pick them up but will take what we can get. Thanks guys!
 
They say the 850 was the most produced engine of all, but it doesn't seem like there are too many of them in Minneapolis. It's been 20 years since I had one of them. I wouldn't mind getting one for my 64, but they seem hard to find also here.

I have a complete 850 engine and trans in unknown condition for $200. I am in South Carolina though!
 
Wish I could help, but mine are all from 1275s. I'm only 3 hrs from the twin cities should he decide to go up a couple sizes. :smile:
 
I have a set of new(never installed) 5-ring pistons on rods for an early Sprite. I'm in WA, not sure what they are worth or shipping.I could e-mail pics & check size. cheers Genos2
