This car is a 69 that is being advertised as a '66. 3 wiper Sprites/Midgets did not start until 1969. Guessing this car simply had the earlier dash installed, not an easy conversion BTW as you lose collapsible steering column which begin in 1968. Title would be questionable on this car as it started life as a 1969. '69 Engines are still high compression engines although with provisions for Air Pumps/SMOG Gear which likely has already been removed.
