Dale, you jus' captured my heart. I lived on Buckroe Beach for quite a while. Many tales of crabs in pots, inflatables and ~stuff~...


I miss those times somefin' fierce at times.

Been ordering SYM for a couple years now; give it to a local bar owner to use in his gumbo. But...crabs need OB! And for anyone geographically challenged, I am below the MD line.

When my wife used to actually cook, and I could actuall eat things that didn't make me ill, she used to make homemade crab cakes with San Francisco Dungenous crabs. They were great, but my favorites for eating crabs neat are the blue claw. Different strokes etc., but I can't understand what people see in 'Lobster' that come without claws. That's just a big Crawdad.
