I hope this isn't about a certain poem. I've heard about numerous clubs being threatened with a law suit for a seemingly anonymous poem being used in newsletters. One of the clubs I belong to is one of them.

We have an Lawyer, from the Spridget board but am having problems with a CPA which would be nice as well.

Just thought I would ask around.
 
Steve...our club has also received such a letter. We've ignored it....but our newsletter editor is being much more careful about the content of the publication...
 
Hi Jack, there is a CPA on the forum someplace, he does not post to often not sure which forum I have seen him on though. Might look in the Members list or the archives to locate him -he uses CPA in his signature.--Fwiw--Keoke
 
There are three in fact as members. But they have Jags and such. Sigh.

Not much chance they would be intrested in spridgets.
 
Sure wouldn't hurt to ask,nothing ventured nothing gained. I think CPAjag if he has the time might be sypathetic.---Keoke?.
