Couldn't help but notice the car.

I remember the first time I saw Cool Hand Luke like it was yesterday. As great as the egg eating scene is the car wash scene might be better.

As I understand it, the gal washing the car was doing it alone. The chain gang “across the road” was filmed separately. When the actress found out the others were “ogling” her performance, she was very upset. (What’s an inmate to do?)

There was a saucier .gif I didn't share of her washing the glass... it was too large to upload here.

What egg eating scene?
How did she NOT expect ogling.
I am still ogling in my mind.
Have you not seen Cool Hand Luke? It is one of Paul Newman's best roles, and an all around excellent film. If you haven't seen it I will just say go watch it sometime, because I don't want to spoil it anymore than has already been done.

What we have hear.....is a failure to communicate!!!!
I was kidding about the egg scene.

I debated with myself if to mention, but the movie line is "is failure to communicate"....
For extra points, who was the actor who delivered those lines?

Stroher Martin. Excellent actor, he was in a bunch of John Wayne movies, but this has got to be his most famous line.
