Does your '69 have a wood dash? Those are cool. Let us know how it turns out.
 
Well we got the tank back from the repair shop and put it in along with a new filter. We started putting in gas BUT now we have a leak!!! It wasn’t there when we sent it in. we are now looking for a gas tank leak repair product. The hole is visible and about as big as this: 0. So the project is on hold for a while.

The dash is not wood but the part that covers the glove box and goes over the gauges is wood. It’s not on though because the enamel is cracked and it looks better off.
