Looking to replace the headlamp rims on our 1960 BN7. The old chrome is tired and they might need too much work. Who makes the best repro's with correct shape/profile, and little rivet on top?
Also, when removing the rims, how easy/difficult should it be to remove them from the buckets. We found the rims to be solidly friction fit over the buckets. We had to loosen the buckets from the back to pry the rims off. I wouldn't think that this should be the case? Also, what purpose does the rivets inner tab serve? Thnks
