correct gear oil for bj8 trans and overdrive ????

read so many things on it, all say something different, does anybody know what would work best and last the best in a bj8 trans with overdrive?

I've tried the MT 90 Red line oil to find it leaks a lot more then standard oil.
I use Castrol 20-50 in the engine and transmission, as I think most do.
