My local shop has one of these. https://www.build.com/milwaukee-2763-22/s902256 The owner says he has pretty much retired his supply of CP air impacts and the cordless one out performs all of them with the bonus of not having to drag the hose around. There is a 400 ft lb version for half the money too. I'm not ready yet but thought it was interesting.

Like the idea of no hose, but then you have to make a battery charge station for all the tools that need charging.

I dunno Tom, just think how impressed your friends will be when they stop in for the odd clutch replacement, and see that tool. You already have a shop to die for, that would be icing on the cake.

I'll stick with my second hand CP for now. For comparison though, Maximum torque for the CP was 400 ft lbs when new and it's far from new. There are things that it just can't handle. This Milwaukee lists max torque at 700. I know these are just numbers but pretty impressive anyway. Still too pricey for me though.

I agree with you, for the money I can deal with dragging the hose around.
