The expansion tank has a leak on one of the corners. Is it possible to have this sealed at a radiator shop, or is it better to just replace the tank? I also thought about JB Weld. Any thought? Thanks.
 
Any radiator shop should be able to solder up the corner. I haven't tried JB weld on something like that. Don't know if it is waterproof or not.

That tank can be soldered easily, I've soldered a leak on my own tank. Don't use JB Weld, it won't hold. I tried to repair a split on my Saturn's tank using that, and trust me, it won't hold.
 
I used lead solder, and used my Bernzomatic to solder it. The tank is brass, so it's not hard to heat it. Then I put the pressure cap on, put some pressure from my air compressor on it, and put it in a bucket of water to check for leaks. Maybe not the prettiest solder job, but it's held for a couple years now. Be aware that there is already some solder around the edge of the tank, so if you get too carried away you can make new leaks.
 
I would use plumbers solder which has a higher melting point. Wire brush & flux(non acid type). use a small concentrated flame so you don't create other leaks.
