I have a Revington converted tach that died after several years. Worked great until death. Cost in excess of $150 plus shipping to get another. Has anyone converted using guts from new tach such as VDO or Auto meter. Any ideas? Please no stones from purists.

Thanks a lot I was too dumb to think about the Knowledge section. The info is great. Thanks again for steering me in the right direction.
