This probably happened several daya ago, but I just noticed the TR forum is the first marque forum to go past 100,000 posts and 10,000 threads!

We like to talk.......

And we did it, mostly, without Tony or Doc! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

Goes to show you that Triumphs truly are the best of all LBCs!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif

Well, at least to US they are! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Thanks to Basil and you, too, Mickey.

Thanks again to Basil and our Moderators for making this a great resource and fun place to be!
We are indeed a yappy bunch!

BCF/Triumph is my Facebook! Thanks to you, Basil!

I was just thinking about this noble accomplishment. Does it mean there are more Triumphs than any other Marque out there, OR, does it mean we spend to much time on the forum and not enough time working on the cars. HHHMMMMMM

In my case, definitely the latter !

Thanks Dale!

(sorry, couldn't resist)

Still pretty accurate.............about thanking Dale that is.

His trials and tribulations certainly provided an education to many of us, me included. I give him an "A" for tenacity and effort. I'd have been driving a new Miata long ago, if I were him.

I just KNEW I wuz gonna regret openin' this thread... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

It's just th' way the 'rumphs were produced. Stamped out like those early [censored] tin wind-up toys... as opposed to actually manufacturing a QUALITY vehicle. So many of 'em made, they'd be bound to outnumber the REAL LBC's about now...

<scuttles sideways back into th' hole>

P.S.: If any o' youse-guys get upset with that, check yer guns at th' door.

Congrats. <mumble-mumble>

You mean like Rovers and Aston Martins, right.
Surely you aren't talking about those MG Bean cans?
Or those Indian Lily cars? He's (rightly) famous for many things, but build quality and Chapman aren't often used in the same sentence...

Maybe us Triumph folk are just very friendly!
