Confused about top down driving weather [off topic]

Well today marks what was most likely the last sunny week of top down driving for me this year.
I have driven to work and home every day this week (well to work today - home this afternoon) with my top down and next week the rains are supposed to return.
It's been a good season, I am sure mine has been down at least 75% of the days since June began and for the NorthWest that's a great driving season.
I will continue to drive with no top as long as it's not raining, might get a few more days over the next 6 to 8 weeks but good solid sunny weeks in a row are most likely over for 2013.

DSCN1625 (1024x768).jpg When you can't drive it it's time to work on it. Time for the fall projects. Project one is I need to get rid of a mid 70 rear end housing. Do any of the NW people need it it's free. You can pick it up on the way home from the fair.

Drove home through a thunderstorm deluge. It was a hoot. Water came up the hood in a dip in the road.
Top wasn't on board and heck it would have taken a worse soaking if I had to stop and do that erector set tight fit top.
Just drive through it and grin and enjoy. Roadster. The B is a bit better. Quick stop and faster erection.
I never intend to drive in the rain in either LBC but rain happens. HATE it....but it has it's moments.
Window up only to light a smoke in the B. Side curtains without the top? I don't think so. Too much trouble.

Someone was looking for a set of springs the other day. There you go? Perhaps?
