Might be worth replacing the boot sector, MBR and partition table. People have found ways to stick viruses in there, and they aren't normally erased when wiping the disc.
IIRC the Microsoft tools will insist on erasing when you replace the partition table, but there are some 3rd party tools that will supposedly fix it without losing data. Might have been on the "Ultimate Boot CD", but I just don't recall after all these years. (Quit my IT job and went back to pushing buttons)

If you can hard wire on to the internet, depending on what make computer you have, you can usually get a company geek to tap in to your computer,(with your permission of course), and he can install any lost drivers that are missing. Sometimes just installing the drivers isn't a complete fix, but a geek can usually work it out. Be prepared to spend a couple bucks. Other option, download all your files on a stick and reinstall your version of windows from scratch. Windows 7 usually has all the WFI drivers for most computers. It doesn't for Toshibas. PJ

Gave up and sent it in. Aint got time to fiddle no more, moving on and she needs hers back.
We're currently updating everything and getting with the times, this means no more time wasted if we're not making progress. I gotta get her etsy account up and web site filled in. I hope to have two new iphone4s' by Friday evening and store and site stocked. I'll keep y'all updated.
