I hope you enjoy it, Boss. For a variety of reasons I've been a Apple/Macguy for almost 30 years (since the Apple II -- geesh, has it really been that long?). They're good machines, very capable.
If you do need it, VMWare and a few others (including at least one open source project) provide good virtual environments for running Linux or Windows if needed. I use one on my MacBook to mirror my production web environment for testing. And, of course, a Mac is really just pretty Unix anyways, with lots of tools available natively.
