TR6 Commuting in a TR6

Hi New here. I have a 74 TR-6 that I've had since college, 77. I drive it every day for work as often as I can. I go from Green Bay to Marquette on a monthly basis, and around my other parts of my territory, about 600-800 mile a month. Have some maintenance occationaly. Need mufflers now. I run HS-6's instead of the Strombergs.Also need to check the thrust washers as the tranny jumps out of third. Other than that, I've got 150,000 + miles on it. I did a frame off about 12 years ago. I did it all but paint and body work. Driving is good for them, but you need to be familiar with them and do the work. I also have a 67 Mustang coupe , my sons driver. The 6 get's comments and thumbs up from everyone.
 
Being back in a TR6 after a 15 year absense has been great. Every smell (a little exhaust mixed with a little mold) and every rattle is just as I remember my other TRs. The hornet-like sound of the exhaust on the highway, the tight steering, the low low ride height is pretty unique compared to other cars I see on my commute.

My car has lousy amateur paint and bodywork and the hood is slightly warped so the seams don't line up nicely, but mechanically it's in top shape. The roof is new and it I actually don't get wet when it rains!
