Bathing is highly over-rated, Jim.

Replacement will be a monolith CONCRETE shower (tiled), after some insulation, a REAL vapor barrier and cement backer board. When the time comes to tear down th' hovel, they'll swear at me. Profusely.

Had we the re$ource$ back-when, we'd be in a ferro-cement geodesic 5/8 DOME home now.
 
I knew it was steel. A well placed sledge would take out cast iron. keep up the good work! :cheers:
