There was a show put on by the Columbia British Car club on Apr 6th
First let me say
What is up with the traffic for miles leading to Columbia?

A nice show for all attended well by some models
More Aston Martins (3) than Spitfires (1)
I have never seen so many Sunbeams at a show.
I forgot to count them but almost all must live in the south

The show coexisted with an interesting Tartan festival.
Never seen so many Kilts.
All kinds of demonstrations and Keltic games.

Very fun.
Not the big show I am use to but still fun

Thanks for the photos and kind words Don. Sorry I never ran into you at the show. We organized our annual Sunbeam Alpine club Invasion to meet in conjunction with this British car show. We had Alpines driven from Canada, Delaware, Ohio, Florida, and all points in between. And no I don't wear a kilt! Next trip to Columbia drive up highway 176 which runs alongside I-26. Very scenic, no traffic, and British car friendly! Eric

Don-should I look for you at Dobson?? Or better yet, you look for us, since there won't be many SP250's there. And if you are going, will you be doing the Friday afternoon drive?

I remember your dog. Saw someone walking her around several times and thinking what a great looking dog. The only shows I am going to in the next couple of months will be our grandaughter's horse shows!
