Color Matters?

Healey Lane has apparently come up with a very successful formula with their silver over red Healeys. Two BN7 tricarbs went for 170K and 200K respectively at RM and Gooding in Monterey. I have seen a few of their cars with this unique color combination at auctions for the past few years and they usually do very well.

I am amazed at what folks are willing to pay for any Healey, but I guess I live in a different world.

Really? Thats crazy.......for those of us that lived through the car bubble of the late eighties, I feel that we are coming to that point where a correction is coming soon. Glad I don't speculate on cars, would be awfull to be the one holding the"bag".....

A lot of these people are from Wall Street and they see a different kind of bubble coming so they may be hedging their investments.:greedy_dollars:
