Hasnt been this cold in years
there's a truss in the garage that when the temp gets to -15 ish pops really loud
yea that just happened scares the crap out of the cat.

It's spelled...
Global.....oh, wait, I can't say that here.

Actual temp is 7 degrees here in Eastern Oklahoma this morning, light snow last night! Supposedly matches the record of 7 degrees ever recorded on this date. Chilly! PJ

-14F here this morning. Gonna be cold for the Packers in Soldier Field today.

I dont know know what you are talking about, it's 53 here near Boston this morning

Well, the record has been broken, it's now 5 degrees! Not supposed to go over 20 the rest of the day. Good day to stay in the house, out here in the country, the high crowned roads are very slick and dangerous.:cold: PJ

Sitting on the veranda this morning enjoying my book and a second cup of coffee

We also broke a record (on Thursday the 15th). The high was 84°.

Went for a ride with friends for an out-of-town lunch.

Glad t hear it warmed up a bit. It was snowing and very windy here yesterday, but sunny and cool today.

It was 75 degrees last night around 9:00. At 9:00 am this morning it was 29 degrees.

Let's see - six inches snow yesterday and 30F. Today 53F and rain. Tonight 15F. Tomorrow sunny, high 23F.

Yep - sounds normal.

My cup runneth over.

...that's all I'm gonna say.

Only suppose to be 45 today.
Looks like I'm house bound

:frown-new: It was 55 here earlier this morning. In my office.

I was out earlier when it was about -10 (it has rocketed upwards to +7 since then) and, with no wind, it wasn't so bad. We had rain a few days ago that has since frozen so our 1/3 mile dirt driveway is like a bobsled run. Not too slippery at these temps but nasty when it gets near freezing. 4WD-Lo is the only way down from the main road -you can steer or brake but not both.

It's sure quiet, though.
